Three Year Olds, Trains, & Movies

Wreck It Ralph is a movie that I kept seeing commercials for and I decided I wanted to see it. IN one of the movies I bought there was a free ticket to go see it. So, I decided that I wanted to go, and supposed that Cayden would like to go see it with me.

So we made an evening of it. We took the bus downtown, rode the train, and then went to main place mall to flit about the dollar store there. We ended up finding some police cars that Cayden liked, so we got one for him and Gavin. Then we hopped back on the train and hopped off again at theatre station. Had to make a detour to Shea's to pick up tickets for Mum for xmas.

Anyway, by the time we got to the theatre we settled on  popcorn gummies & a drink for Cayden, and some jellybeans and a drink for me. Then we sat in for the movie. There was a little bit of chaos before the movie started but, it was a good movie, once it started he enjoyed it. And I LOVE the song they used in the end credits. It's sweet and awesome!

Family Event at a Grand Old Theatre

How To Train Your Dragon is a movie that has been on my want to watch list for a while, so when I saw the tickets sitting on the counter at the mall info booth, I figured there's no time like the present to go and see it. But what fun is a movie alone? not much >.> So it was time to round up company. In the end Alex, Cayden, Mom, and Dad went with me. It was really neat tbh.

Like Seriously! Look at That FACE soooo Cute!

Why? well for starters for the hour before the show started they actually had someone in the theatre playing the Wurlitzer organ. Mom and Dad missed that because they were running late. BUT they got to have their first ride on the train in buffalo! Go Mom! Go Dad!

Anyway, This is just a short note about it. So thanks for checking back with us ^_^. We'll have more magical information sometime soon.

Vampires Don't Sparkle

Twilight : Breaking Dawn Part II

OK, so I only saw 2 out of 4 of the Twilight movies. And I must admit, I think I likely saw the better two of them. The acting, lackluster, the storyline ridiculous. But at least it is honest about what it is, unlike the shades of grey stuff. It's teenage romance. But I will say that I liked some of the costumes in the movie. The special effects though were honestly the best part of the movie.

Phi, Tricia, and me went to see the movie at the Market Arcade on Main Street in Buffalo. It's a small little theater and I remember the first time that I went there. Phi and I went to see Titanic there. When I think about it, that seems like a million years ago. It's just a small old movie theater, but it's nice and there's good memories there. I will say that movie tickets have gotten more expensive. So I think it makes more sense if there's something you're sure you're interested in, wait for it to come out on video.(unless you hit it during matinee time)

Tricia : Real Vampires DON'T sparkle. They go snap, crackle, and pop in sunlight.

First Test At Flight

This is my first post on this blog. It's not really a blog that's going to interest everyone in the world. But it's intended to help keep a log of events and offer a connection from me to my family, my nieces and nephews, cousins, brothers, and parents.

I know that people have a lot of different things that they enjoy in their lives, so this is a moment to share some of the things that I'm doing in mine to help us all stay connected. Not only that It's a way that we can remember memories in the future. Heaven forbid something happens that makes it so we forget.

Which means the next couple of days are going to have a few "catch up" and event type notices,so that we're all on the same page. We've done a lot in the past few days, and am happy to have done them with my family. So... uhm.. thanks for reading, and welcome to this blog.

This blog post is dedicated to Jax. We don't know you yet, and you don't know us, but... when you need us, we'll be here. You're not born yet, but baby XD you're already causing a stir.
